Capabilities across the full life cycle

Design & Development

Full hardware and software design to Part 25 and the commercial and military operating rules, with DO-178 software and DO-254 hardware development assurance.

 

Qualification

Environmental and software qualification to RTCA DO-160 / ED-14 and MIL-STD-810, plus UL and CE marking also available.​

 

Certification

STC holder with FAA DER and UK CAA DOA authority to certify aircraft modifications and wiring, including approved manual supplements.

 

Manufacturing

FAA Part 21 production approval and AS9100D-certified build: circuit-card assembly, box build, custom cable and wire harness, and full testing.

 

Support Services

Global technical support, 24/7 AOG response, training, technical publications, spares provisioning, and hosted data services.

 

Repair Services

Two Part 145 repair stations with FAA, EASA, and CAAC approvals for full component-level repair, modification, and overhaul.​
