Stronger Together

OUR CULTURE

A team that works and grows together

For over 60 years, Teledyne Controls has been shaped by those who work here and take pride in getting the work right.

Our technology matters, but it’s the people behind it who make the difference. That’s why customers trust us, and why so many employees choose to stay and grow their careers with us.

We hire people who take ownership and give them work that matters.

Every role at Teledyne Controls contributes to safer and more efficient aviation, with teams working hands-on across the full product lifecycle, from concept and certification to deployment and support.

A team that owns the work. Hands-on and accountable, our teams see projects through from concept to fully operational systems flying on aircraft worldwide.

Partnerships that last. We build long-term relationships with airlines, OEMs, and operators worldwide, grounded in trust and shared expertise.

One Teledyne, many paths. Opportunities to grow exist both within Teledyne Controls and across the broader Teledyne Technologies organization.

Rooted locally, working globally. Headquartered in Southern California, with teams all over the world, we combine strong local presence with global reach.

Behind every flight is data, systems, and teams working together. We’re proud to be part of that.

WHERE WE WORK

El Segundo and beyond.

Our headquarters in El Segundo sits minutes from the Los Angeles international airport and the Pacific — close enough to hear the planes our solutions support. Open work spaces, on-site labs, and a team that has been building aircraft data management systems here for more than six decades.

Our global footprint extends across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, with local teams supporting our customers wherever they operate.
